Website policies

Effective 2 October 2026

These policies explain how this website works and how to contact THENIGA about its use.

Terms of use

Who operates this website

This website is operated by THENIGA LIMITED, a company registered in England and Wales under number 14270991. Our registered office is First Floor, Swan Buildings, 20 Swan Street, Manchester, England, M4 5JW. References to THENIGA, we, us and our mean THENIGA LIMITED.

Using the website

You may browse the site, follow its links and use the project brief tool for lawful purposes. Do not introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorised access, impersonate another person, or interfere with the website or other visitors.

Information and project enquiries

The website describes our work in developing solutions, connecting collaborators and building ventures. Its content is general information, not a binding offer to deliver a particular project. A project begins only under a separately agreed service arrangement describing the scope, charges and responsibilities.

The project brief tool prepares text in your browser. It does not submit an enquiry, create an account, place an order, accept payment or form a contract. Copying a brief does not send it to THENIGA. Do not put passwords or sensitive information into a brief.

Content and ownership

THENIGA's original website content and branding belong to THENIGA or its licensors. You may view the site and keep a copy for your own reference. Do not misrepresent our content as your own or use our branding to suggest an endorsement. Third-party names and social media marks belong to their respective owners. You retain ownership of the ideas and text you enter into the brief tool.

External links and availability

External websites have their own terms and privacy practices. Social icons link to the named platforms and do not imply a partnership or endorsement. We may update, suspend or remove website content. We do not promise uninterrupted access or that every item is free of errors. If something appears incorrect, write to us at our registered office.

Your rights

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Nothing restricts your statutory consumer rights. These website terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without removing mandatory protections or court rights available to consumers where they live.

Privacy notice

Responsibility and contact

THENIGA LIMITED is responsible for personal information it receives and uses in connection with this website and correspondence about it. For privacy questions or rights requests, write to Privacy, THENIGA LIMITED, First Floor, Swan Buildings, 20 Swan Street, Manchester, England, M4 5JW. Include a way for us to respond and enough information to understand your request.

The project brief stays in your browser

The brief tool processes your selected project type and entered text on your device. It does not transmit this information to THENIGA, add it to a company database, or save it in browser local storage. Pressing the copy button writes to your device clipboard if your browser allows it. Clipboard contents and any information you later paste or share are controlled by your device and the destination you choose. Your browser may restore form text as part of its own session features.

Information received through correspondence

If you contact us separately, we use the contact details and information you provide to read and respond to your message, handle requests and maintain relevant records. Do not send personal information about someone else unless you are entitled to do so. Providing information is voluntary, but we may be unable to answer a request without sufficient details.

Purposes and lawful bases

We use enquiry and correspondence information for our legitimate interests in communicating with people and running our business, taking account of their rights. Where an individual asks us to take steps toward a contract, or is a party to one, we may process necessary information for that purpose. We process information to meet applicable legal obligations where required. If we ask for consent for an optional purpose, you can withdraw that consent without affecting earlier lawful use.

Hosting, access and external services

This site is delivered through OpenAI Sites. The hosting and access services necessarily handle technical requests to deliver pages and protect access, and may process IP addresses, device information, request times and sign-in information under their own arrangements. Account and platform processing is described in OpenAI's privacy policy. The website's brief tool does not obtain your platform password or a copy of your sign-in details.

Our website does not include third-party advertising pixels, analytics scripts, embedded social feeds or a newsletter subscription form. Social icons are local images. Clicking an external link takes you to a separate service, whose own privacy notice applies.

Sharing and international processing

Where necessary for correspondence or a request, information may be handled by service providers supporting our communications, professional advisers, or authorities where disclosure is legally required. We limit disclosure to the purpose involved. The countries and transfer arrangements for your hosting or account provider are described in that provider's privacy information. For transfers made by THENIGA where UK data protection rules require safeguards, we use an applicable adequacy arrangement or an approved transfer safeguard.

How long information is kept

THENIGA does not retain the text typed into the browser-only brief tool. For correspondence we receive, retention depends on the time needed to resolve the enquiry, administer any resulting relationship, meet record-keeping duties and establish or respond to legal claims. We delete or anonymise information when those purposes no longer require it. Hosting and account records follow the relevant provider's retention arrangements. You can ask us about the retention of information relating to your request.

Your choices and rights

Depending on the circumstances, you can ask for access to your personal information, correction, erasure, restriction of processing, or portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw consent where consent is the basis. These rights are subject to the conditions and exceptions in data protection law. We may need proportionate information to verify your identity before responding. The brief tool does not make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects about you.

You can raise a concern with us at the address above and complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint. You do not have to contact us first to exercise that right.

Cookie notice

Website features

The THENIGA page code does not set cookies, use browser local storage or load advertising and analytics trackers. The globe animation runs on your device. The project brief tool uses memory while the page is open and accesses the clipboard only when you request a copy.

Hosting and sign-in

The service providing access to this website may use cookies or similar technology for sign-in, session management, security and delivery. These are handled by the hosting or account service rather than by the project brief tool. Consult the hosting service's privacy information and available account controls for its use of these technologies. This notice does not describe all cookies used across an OpenAI account or other websites.

External links and browser controls

Social media icons do not load social media scripts. Those services may use cookies after you choose to visit them. You can inspect, block or clear cookies in your browser settings. Blocking access-service cookies may prevent sign-in or access to this site. THENIGA will provide information and obtain consent where required before adding optional tracking technology.

Cancellations and refunds

Using this website

Browsing the website and preparing a project brief are free. This site does not take payments or accept orders, so using the brief tool creates no charge, reservation or cancellation fee.

Separately agreed projects

For a project arranged directly with THENIGA, refer to your written agreement for its scope, payment stages and cancellation arrangements. To request cancellation, contact us through the correspondence channel used for that project or write to our registered office. State your name, project reference, the service concerned and your request. We assess any amount payable or refundable against the agreement, work supplied and applicable law. No payment is automatically described as non-refundable by this website policy.

Consumer rights

If you buy services as a consumer under a qualifying distance or off-premises contract, you normally have 14 days from the day after the contract is made to cancel, subject to statutory exceptions. If you expressly request work during that period, a proportionate charge may apply for work supplied as permitted by law. Loss of cancellation rights after full performance requires the applicable consent and acknowledgement. Digital content has separate consent and cancellation rules.

Where a statutory refund for a cancelled service contract is due, we make it within the applicable legal deadline, normally within 14 days of receiving the cancellation notice, using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed and without a refund fee. This policy does not reduce rights relating to faulty goods, unsatisfactory services or other statutory remedies. Business customers' contractual cancellation rights may differ from consumers' rights.

Accessibility

Using the site

You can navigate links and controls with a keyboard. A skip link leads to the main content. Form controls have labels, and the layout adapts to smaller screens. Text can be enlarged using browser controls. Enable reduced motion in your device or browser settings to stop the globe's continuous rotation and remove section transitions.

Getting help

If a feature is difficult to use, write to Accessibility, THENIGA LIMITED, First Floor, Swan Buildings, 20 Swan Street, Manchester, England, M4 5JW. Describe the page, what you were trying to do, and any format or assistance that would help. Include a reply address. Device and assistive-technology details can help us investigate, but you do not need to disclose a medical condition.

We use reported problems to guide improvements and will consider requests for information in an alternative format. External websites and hosting sign-in screens have their own accessibility features. This statement describes the features available here and does not claim independent accessibility certification.
